How To Register a full team

Step 1:

Get your team roster together! All players must have a profile on our MiLife Website to be on the team; full names and shirt sizes need to be filled out. Email your team registration PDF to MiLifeSportsL2@gmail.com

Step 2:

You must submit a single payment for your entire team at the time that you send us your roster. This can be paid online with a credit card from your profile or with the link sent to your email, or by sending a check to our corporate office @ (1114 Hope St. SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49506). Contact our office if you have any questions at 517-258-2211

Step 3:

All team players must create a profile through our website in order for us to add them to the team. This must be done by the registration deadline in order to receive team shirts.

Step 4

Prepare yourself for an awesome season with all your friends and get ready to meet a lot more during games and at one of our postgame bars!

Team Pricing

MiLife Sport & Social Club offers special pricing if you are able to bring in a full team for one of our sports leagues. These prices are set for a specific number of people based on our team size minimums, each player you add beyond this is specified in the table below. Full teams must submit their roster and a single payment before the registration deadline in order to qualify.
